Sewer Camera Inspection

If you own a residential or commercial property, chances are that sooner or later, the drains and pipes will get clogged. We use state of the art CCTV technology to determine the scope of the damage in the pipes. This free video camera inspection is included in all of our drain cleaning services.

For example, whereas in the past, a plumber would have to use a snake, remove a pipe or even excavate part of your yard to pinpoint the problem, we simply insert the video camera into the drain. The images are relayed to our technicians who can then determine what the cause of the problem is, how extensive the damage is, and where it’s located. This means we can usually treat the problem within a fraction of the time and at a much lower cost… and without causing any damage to your property whatsoever!

We also carry out pipe surveys to provide you with firsthand, accurate information about the condition of every inch of your plumbing and drain system. This can save you a huge amount of time and money because it enables you to proactively maintain your system.

  • It offers a low-cost method for locating pipes.
  • It’s included at no additional cost with every sewer and drain cleaning estimate!

How Video Camera Inspection Works

Video camera inspection makes use of highly advanced technology. Here’s a brief description of how it works:

  1. We access the sewer line through a nearby access point. After inspecting the pipe for any blockages or standing water that could affect visibility, we insert the camera into the pipe.
  1. We advance the camera through the pipe, monitoring the progress all the way and making note of any issues. We inspect both from the access point to the main sewer and from the access point to the home to ensure we’ve covered the entire pipe.
  1. We pinpoint where the problems are located in the system and assess the surrounding areas to see if there’s evidence of water damage. Then we give you an accurate diagnosis and suggest a solution, along with a quote. We will always work with you to meet your budgetary and scheduling needs.
